On the basis of the theory's study for several years, to focus on the current situation and development about Changchun city sculpture ,To discuss the problems which exist between the city's human environment and developing construction, to study the development of sculpture and whether the modern city sculpture can adapt to the society environment, to research how the creation of sculpture face to the new environment and what should be the Changchun humanity environment, whether it can suit urban sculpture theme, to discover different materials, different types of sculpture for environment in order to fit the city development of construction, facing the new future's city ,how to create, the influence and the meanings of the economic development which affects by the urban sculpture. Combined the developing situation of Changchun city sculpture, the accumulation of left over by history, the development of urban sculpture at home and aboard to talk about the meanings and value of the urban sculpture, to solve the maintenance problems which influenced humanistic environment.
