Problem And Its Countermeasures Faced With Entrepreneurs' Ethics Of Responsibility

The first thing is to make clear the scientific role of an entrepreneur, as the runner of business, only an entrepreneur should be able to understand its own social position and its own responsibilities and obligations, can he take on the heavy task of realizing sustainable business development and establishing harmonious society. Entrepreneurs'responsibility refers to the responsibilities that the businessmen should take in operation and management and negative consequences caused by not having to perform his duties. on the one hand the businessmen are on behalf of the stock shares and to maximize profits; on the other hand the businessmen should take social and public accountability.In social economic transformation background, businessmen's responsibility and ethical problem caused social importance. "Entrepreneurs not only know how to run and manage the business, but also have moral blood in their body." Which shows the social expectation in ethics, in entrepreneurs'artery there is both economic and moral blood? And entrepreneurs'ethical responsibility focuses on the responsibility formed by the entrepreneurs and the related staff. The western ethical responsibility ideas and Chinese traditional justice and benefit idea are of the source of business ethics. Contemporary entrepreneurs have the responsibility of loyalty to their duties, operation with integrity, impartiality and both of justice and benefit. Because entrepreneurs are in the complexity of the occupation, they will inevitably be faced with a complex series of responsibility for ethical problem. in business management, where responsibility of ethics should be complied with in fact is not done so, on the one hand entrepreneurs shall bear the responsibility of ethics, should be about ethical in management; on the other hand, many businessmen do not take duty or morality at all in order to pursue interests. Recently entrepreneurs ethical responsibility is faced with such problems as the conflict between economic man and moral man, the conflict of entrepreneurs'multi-responsibilities, diversity of the contradictions and the conflict between individual interests and business interests .These problems can be reflected by the lack of moral part and the absence of social responsibility, the unbalance of values and non-rule of behavior in our economic transition period.This because business ethics training has not been well performed, the businessmen do not know about their social responsibility, and their orientation lags behind, and they have deviation in interest value as well as influenced by the absence of relevant state laws and institutions. To solve these problems, we should strengthen entrepreneurs'ethical and moral training, among which we should focus on the study of traditional Chinese culture ,put emphasis on entrepreneurs'ethical education and self-moral training. On the other hand entrepreneur insurance mechanism of ethics of responsibility should be built, including the construction of entrepreneur's social responsibility education mechanism, improving the credit system, the implementation of stakeholder management system, perfect the supervision mechanism of entrepreneur ethics of responsibility. Another aspect is to create a favorable external environment for development, including the optimization of business ethics and moral environment, the implementation of entrepreneur ethics moral rewards and punishment system.The entrepreneur is not only an economic one, but is a moral person. As a socially moral person, one must be consistent with the concept of sustainable development of the business philosophy and moral behavior, must assumes corresponding responsibility ethics to employees, consumers and the public. In the new stage of development, strict legal norms are not only needed, what's more important is to begin from moral ideas and the responsibility of entrepreneur ethics. Only the implementation of a series of simulative system can solve the problem from the source. Thus entrepreneurs and enterprises will be able to healthily develop; our country's economy and society will be able to realize sustainable development. This paper first describes the role position of entrepreneur and its social responsibility, explores the social morals of entrepreneur, and then analyses the problems and reasons faced by entrepreneurs'ethical responsibility on the basis of the explanation of ethics responsibility theory, and further tries to find out the realistic countermeasures to solve the issues of ethics of responsibility.
