Research On The Construction Of Artificial Intelligence Moral Responsibility

The development of science and technology has exerted a more multidimensional and profound influence on human society.With the rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence,the unique double-edged sword risk attribute of technology is gradually revealed in the moral responsibility problems such as data leakage,technology abuse,algorithm discrimination,and so on.Therefore,the corresponding research on the construction of artificial intelligence moral responsibility system becomes increasingly urgent.Facing the new situation of the development of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to solve the problem of moral responsibility in the process of artificial intelligence development theoretically and accelerate the construction of artificial intelligence moral responsibility system.After sorting out and screening a large number of domestic and foreign academic literature,news reports and other statistical data related to AI ethics,I have a comprehensive understanding of AI and AI moral responsibility and other related concepts.It is found that the ethical dilemmas caused by artificial intelligence technology in the implementation of moral responsibility can be classified into four categories: top-level principle design,data information application,algorithm ethics and moral value choice.Through in-depth analysis of artificial intelligence technology and related typical cases,the responsibilities of government departments,developers,researchers and individual users involved in artificial intelligence ethical issues are divided,the root causes of the problems are analyzed,and the shortcomings of the current construction of artificial intelligence moral responsibility system are found.Based on this,this thesis gives targeted strategies and suggestions,including government departments to formulate and improve the relevant laws and regulations and strict monitoring of the development of artificial intelligence technology;It includes strengthening industry self-discipline in different fields of artificial intelligence technology,in which technology developers should protect social interests and consciously assume social responsibilities,researchers should be responsible for their own research,actively participate in public discussions and provide expert suggestions,and experts and scholars in the field of ethics should assume the role of ethical value evaluators and moral educators.It also includes that individual users,as the demander,initiator,participant,practitioner and user of artificial intelligence technology,should improve their personal qualities from three aspects: skill,theory and morality.Hope to provide reference for the improvement of artificial intelligence ethical governance methods.
