Men reading newspapers, women read the Journal, "saying a long time. Women's magazine is a kind of person of periodical that has important status in publishing industry. In the names of many women's magazines, female fashion magazine is a kind of the fastest growed in women's magazine, which accounts for a significant part of the periodical market share and become a integral part of life. This paper is tryed to find a method for women's fashion magazine that can make a effectively improving its overall competitive strength by analyzing visual communication design and entirety design of visual thinking.Firstly, the direction of the research work is indicated by the fact and data, which is based on sampling and analyzing, such as visiting kiosks, surveying the readers, interviewing the designers and publishers and collecting various visual design style and content of the domestic and foreign brand female fashion magazines, women's magazines. Based on related concepts and theories of visual design for female fashion magazines, fashion and the fashion magazines has been defined. The types and characteristics are analyzed by samples. This report tried to draw visual rules from the whole to the details by analyzing the characteristics and current situation of visual design for female fashion magazines, and studying the composition of visual elements and expressional techniques.Secondly, Dealing with the current vision of female fashion magazine has many design deficiencies, this paper summarize and analyze and absorb the success of foreign magazine. In view of the related theories of the visual design of women's female magazine, the paper has introduced the related concepts and analyzed the current situation and influent elements. The paper has analyzed the elements of the visual design and the their expression. As successive issue is published, women's fashion magazine should adjust the visual design and promote the whole level and then present the style of visual design. At the same time, explores business model based on local culture with inheriting our traditional culture, updates design concepts and thinking, seeks women's fashion magazine full of harmonious beauty by cutting-edge design thinking that will help shape the magazine health and fine visual image. In the research process, also draws on the field of communication and cultural research results. For innovative visual design ideas of women's fashion magazines, women's fashion magazine must denotes itself to advance the basis of the formation of a fixed schedule, committed to simple, optimizing the organizational structure of layout elements, in order to highlight the characteristics of the content to attract readers in first scene. The paper has made the detailed classification and discussion of the important sections of the strategic plan of visual image. There are the conclusion that strategic plan of visual image is the necessary medium to accomplish the visual design.Finally,In view of the national trend of design and the new design idea, and following the model of fashion trend, the paper has put forward the plans and suggestions for Chinese women's fashion magazine by itself. The paper has also advanced original ideas and expectations to the future trend of the visual design of the women's female magazine. Excluding the out forms and drawing lesions selectively from the western, the paper has established the individual image of national brand and found the breakthrough of trend of multi-media. The paper has made the detailed classification and discussion of the important sections of the strategic plan of visual image. There are the conclusions that strategic plan of visual image is the necessary medium to accomplish the visual design and the future trend of the magazine is diversification. Not only the visual elements of magazine has transformed from two dimensions to three dimensions, even multi-dimensions, but also the communicate mode has transformed from one-way to mutual trend. The women's fashion magazine should absorb the latent capacity from modern technology to promote the expressive force of visual and satisfy the demands of future periodical market.
