In this research, a Stroop effect and colour naming task were used to examine the mental lexicon representation structure of the subjects of chinese as the second language. This research included two experiments, studied the subjects of chinese as the second language mental lexicon representation structure, the subjects of chinese as the second language mental lexicon number, as well as the connection between mental lexicon mode, and the study focused on how two languages influenced bilingual mental lexicon connection mode.Research come to the following conclusions:(1) the subjects of chinese as the second language in colour naming task showed strong Stroop effect, and the interference of visual channel stronger than the interference of auditory channel;(2) the subjects of chinese as the second language in colour naming task showed the typical semantic interference effect, and the interference of glyph and meaning connection stronger than the interference of voice and semantic connection; (3) the subjects of chinese as the second language in colour naming task showed between languages and in one language exist significant differences, the subjects had two different mental lexicons; (4) the subjects of chinese as the second language in colour naming task showed the subjects shared a semantic system, and the connection between two mental lexicons mode is vocabulary connection mode.
