Tang Legend Researches Exploration After 1911

Dang dynastic legend is a milestone in history of ancient chinese noveles. In song dynasty,someone bigan to study it,but,people have been systically doing it, and get fruitful results after 1911. In my article,I divide the time of 1911 so far into three stages:1911—1949 and 1950—1979 and after 1980 . At every stage ,I identify romantic novels researching trend with view point of literature and theory on history and study routes and works research,And analysis cultural trend of every stage.1911-1949 can be divided into three stages again: the new culture movement hold up" Mr democracy"and "Mr Sciece", the "scientific" spirit in the literature study, lu xun's "collection of tang and song legend "and wang piJiang's " The tang dynastic novel", almost like natural scientific research as objective, comprehensive collecting literature; "Leftist" culture period, left-leaning radical and one-sided also reflected in Dang dynastic legend study, centrally manifests in some history research aspects, such as the external culture's influence on romantic novels ,and strange during the course of the dissemination role,their attitude is denial;During the Anti-Japanese War and the liberation war, in the liberated areas, for public services, for war service under the guidelines, theoretical study is insufficient .this period, theory study focused on the kmt-controlled area ,happening mainly in works research 1949 - in 1980, as a result of the specific domestic and international environment, academic research methods are simple, especially in strange works and history on study, use class theory viewpoint to research all literary phenomenon, some research deviating from the literature research road, forming a set of political power discourse. Perhaps the literature research and political ideology is far apart, this period, literature research had achieved some achievements.After the reform and opening, facing the cultural desert after the cultural revolution, some scholars edited all-pervadingdang works of dynastic legend to a comprehensive and systematic tang and five dynasties novels, they have the popular and compiling role, and has provided conditions for further research. Meanwhile, western culture come in continuous crowds, people experienced western academic and research methods of translation, selection process, which enriched studying people sight, bring the research Angle of diversity, cultural globalization accelerated the process. The prosperity of research in the 1990s, although it is mainly literature and histor' path study, but viewpoint is still rich .During this period, another studying characteristics is from cultural background studies to the aesthetic research of novels themselves, such as theme research, novel narrative art research, etc.From the researching history point of view, romantic novels research is the study method's role, its behind-the-scenes impetus is political, cultural strength, therefore, it ,in fact ,is the political and cultural development history. through some research achievements in this paper ,let later researchers understand research status and not repeat others' road,and give contribute for China's narrative literature study . In ancient literature research process, in order to researching development, we should learnd the western research methods,and gain new perspective, but ,we must combine to the Chinese ancient culture, and care about the situation of current domestic culture,so that the ancient literary study has distinctive national culture.
