As one kind of commercial films, comedy films play important roles in the commercial kinds of films, always with the audience welcome. As the era of difference, popular films also wary. The birth and popularity of each kind of film are influenced by the burn-out of certain natural geographical and human environment, which has the formation of ontology and the rise of psychology of audiences'view. The Chinese comedy films'development has presents a flourishing situation in new century. No matter the quality, the increasing production and the audience's attention to the degree of the nineties of last century are quite different. The comedy films reflect the body development in the new century, and China's demand to this type of comedy films, thus reflects the cultural psychology of people viewing.This paper obtains from the background of history and era, and analyses step by step, which defines the discussed ontology concept of Chinese comedy in new century. The second chapter carries out the body text analysis of the presence of Chinese comedy in this stage. New century is a large cultural background, the development of Chinese comedy in this decade showing a different face of the past. "Crazy Stone" by Hao-Ning has set off a comedy boom in this decade. As the type, there was further integration. As the form, the comedy films are a wide range of fast-food collage. As in the content, visual arts, comedy and entertainment, a superposition of these three key words of highlights, have marked the era of deep scars. The third chapter is the focal point of this paper. It is the key to the front of the text of the object as a perspective, and reveals the cultural connotations of Chinese comedies' hot views.
