Since the 1990s, Internet have been popular in China, the network has become an important part of the people's social life. With the rapid development of Internet, network giving people convenience, but also producing a variety of negative issues, especially, it had a greater impact on college students who are most frequently using the net. Online game is one of the entertainment methods which attract more and more college students, The Values are contrary to the moral principles. In the real world, we go in for the equality, democracy and honesty, but in online games, these have been marginalized and denied. The moral views of college students who indulge themselves in online games were corrupted. The ethics issues of college students about network behavior are catching people's concern. Therefore, how to cultivate college students under the situation of network dissemination environment in order to prevent their moral decrease has become an urgent research topic.This Paper combines theory with practice, follows the principle of comprehensive summation and successive innovation, and arranges the contents from the two levels of fundamental theory and practical manipulation respectively. At the theoretical level, through the analysis of the definition of Online Games, the main characteristics and the influences on college students by Online Games;deeply analyzing the moral decrease of network behavior of college students and its reasons, so as to further the understanding of how to construct college students'network behavior morals. At the practical manipulation level, since to construct college students network behavior morals is a social and systematic projects that come from four aspects, such as the Technical rules of online games, Students build their own moral, Social network control and management behavior, Internet Moral Education. This paper presents relative countermeasures with the expectation of directing practice, improving the educational environment and methods of college students network behavior under the situation of network dissemination and strengthening pertinence, validity and durability of the construction of college students network behavior, which finally will help college students form good network behavior morals.
