Talent resource is the first resource which is the regional development core strategic resources. The ascension of the talents quality and personnel structure optimization is important factor of the industrial development and optimization. Inwrought inheritance and the cultivation of skilled personnel has its special way, namely by the intended impart. One is a family means "mother to daughter, elder brother's wife to sister"which is subtle skills, but usually pure; another kind is strict training, the apprentice always trained correctly and basic solid, skill level is higher. Mainly, in the town, training alternately in two ways. Most embroidered girls are learning in family workshop without professional education in system, generally, they are lacking of based art strength and the related theory. Their overall level is still stay in the imitation stage, lacking of innovation consciousness.Therefore, Suzhou embroidery is still stay in works copy staged and lower arts lever, no more high-quality goods at all.
