Research On Culture Industry Agglomeration Model&Mechanism

Culture industry can drive a nation’s development and its economy progress withgreat efficiency. After21stcentury, the development of science&technology, thefurther integration of information and culture, the trend of economy globalizationproduce a tremendous development space for culture industry. Cultural enterprises inculture industry’s development usually involve small scale, wide range of industry,etc characteristics, which makes that the agglomeration often can benefit moreindustrial resources attraction, industry scale expanding, the industrial economicefficiency improving and so on. At the same time, the agglomeration, in the light ofpractical cases from countries and regions with advanced culture industry, is a chiefapproach for the great development of culture industry, which especially highlightsthe importance of deep analysis and research on culture industry agglomerationprocess.A large number of scholars at home and abroad have analyzed from multi-angle,multi-level the cultural industry agglomeration. However, due to its heterogeneity inits development and its dependence to space and time, up to now, the research onexternal environment impact, internal agglomeration motivation of culture industrystill stands scare.This dissertation, based on the conclusion towards existing research situationhome and abroad, shows that there are a large number of quantitative analysis in theexternal environment impact, internal function and other factors, but the research oninternal complex mechanism and its quantitative analysis in culture industryagglomeration are still not enough.Therefore, this dissertation, based on the existing research, is going to establishcomplex dynamic system model involving environmental elements factors, humanresources factors and government support factors. This model is applicable for thequantitative analysis and analogue simulation of the cultural industry agglomeration.This model can benefit in-depth study and analysis in the external model and internalmotivation, and can benefit concise conclusion culture industry agglomeration’s ruleand characteristics.Then, this dissertation, taking Tianjin culture industry agglomeration as an example, by the model based on system dynamics, analyzed Tianjin culture industryagglomeration process. And this dissertation, combining with Tianjin culture industryagglomeration situation and existing problems, put forward to corresponding pushingmeasures for Tianjin’s culture industry further development. Finally, this dissertation,based on the characteristics of Tianjin culture industry agglomeration, analyzed thewhole cultural industry development in our country from the personnel training,investment and financing ability, agglomeration environment, interaction inindustry-university-research cooperation and government support before it putforwards to some corresponding policy recommendations for culture industryagglomeration and development.
