With the development of my country’s market economy,the transformation of economic structure,and the abundance of social resources,the integration of industry and education has quietly become a force that cannot be underestimated in my country’s industrial development.Higher vocational colleges should follow the current social development mode and follow the economic transformation.Take the responsibility of cultivating practical Korean talents with strong comprehensive abilities.The integration of industry and education was supposed to cultivate talents through higher vocational colleges and enterprises to further promote industrial upgrading to drive the development of modern higher vocational education.However,the current goal of cultivating Korean-language professionals in higher vocational colleges is not very clear,and the professional curriculum is set.There is a lack of rationality,the teaching method is relatively simple,the evaluation mode is too focused on the students’ academic performance,and the ability to serve the local economy is still insufficient.Through combing and in-depth research on the training of talents integrating production and education at home and abroad,this thesis mainly focuses on four parts.The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the research background,research significance,literature review and innovation,and uses the literature research method to understand the relevant content of the integration of industry and education at home and abroad,and gain experience from it.By defining related concepts and determining the theoretical basis,And combined with the application of Korean professional characteristics and the necessity of integration of production and education.Secondly,it introduces related concepts and the theoretical basis of this article.In order to have a better understanding of the current situation of the integration of production and education in the application of Korean in higher vocational colleges,this study takes Jilin Province as an example and uses a questionnaire survey method to select Changchun L Vocational School,Jilin H Vocational and Technical College and Jilin X Technical College,A survey was conducted on graduates of applied Korean majors from three higher vocational colleges in Jilin Province,and a total of 283 questionnaires were issued.Combining graduate questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews,it reveals the unclear positioning of the training objectives of applied Korean professionals;the lack of rationality in the application of Korean professional curriculum;the narrow practical path of applied Korean professional internships;the relatively weak force of applied Korean professional teachers.Analyze its causes based on the status quo and problems.Finally,measures to improve the current situation of the integration of production and education in the application of Korean in higher vocational colleges: clarify the training goals of Korean talents for the integration of production and education;construct a professional curriculum system for integration of production and education;strengthen the joint production and training base of schools and enterprises;Optimize the construction of professional teachers of Korean language;innovate the model of school-enterprise joint construction of industrial colleges.This thesis takes the shortcomings in practical practice in the application of Korean language majors in higher vocational colleges in Jilin Province as the starting point,and aims to improve the problems of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges,further strengthen the integration of industry and education,and enhance the higher vocational college The ability and level of the school to apply Korean majors to serve the society.
