Huaihe River Cultural Visual Symbols In The Graphic Design

Huaihe cultural visual symbols are thought as the image carrier of the folk culture. They have become a focus in the design and application research, for possessing a vague interesting aesthetic form and content of ancient culture and catering to the pursuit of being back to nature of modern people. The focus is a kind of re-design which is back to the root of local culture. Many designers explore visual symbols, create inspiration from the Huaihe River, combine the deep cultural graphic design with visual symbols of certain factors to form a unique design system to produce their design works with a different kind of cultural atmosphere and independent expression of ideas.Based on this, In this paper work,"Huai good sound" Analysis of typical Shuangdun Huaihe culture in culture, flower-culture, the performance characteristics of the visual symbols and aesthetic content,It also dialectically analyzes the aspects of theme location and characters design, re-design of graphic symbols, color and materials, production methods. It stands on the modern position to screen and identify the beauty in Huaihe cultural visual symbols. The paper tries to re-extract, replace, break up these symbols to extract new graphic elements from the original shape. The aim of the paper is to create a system of modern graphic design with regional characteristics of Huaihe cultural visual symbols and to achieve re-design innovation.
