Language is the fundamental way of communicating thoughts and emotions in human life. There are two facts in human's daily life: the judgment expression (declarative) and pragmatic expression. Although it is difficult to distinguish between these two expressions, there is an important basic phenomenon in both of them—the language human use in communication must be expressed and understood under some sort of logical systems, whereas, all the logical judgments must be on a natural basis of an effective truth condition. However, which kind of logical model does human language use to express and lead truth condition into understanding for the purpose of achieving a communication? In language use, which kind of truth condition do people use to judge whether a communication is cooperative or not? Especially in the non-cooperative communications, which kind of logic do the two participants use to recognize which is the non-cooperative expression?Based on these questions, this thesis makes a conclusion of mind and logic and logic and language. On this basis, this thesis reviews the histories of semantic logic and pragmatic logic. In the end, in line with the characteristics of language judgment, this thesis focus on the pragmatic study, analyzes the theories of different pragmatic schools and reaches a conclusion. After careful comparison and analysis, this thesis believes that 1) mind, logic and language cannot be separated; 2) The diversity of human thinking leads to the diversity of human logical system; 3) The basis of pragmatics is still the truth condition of human thinking; 4) this thesis believes that this conclusion is objective and correct. This thesis is divided into five parts, introduction, chapter 1, 2, 3 and conclusion.
