| From Tarski's theories of truth, the article gives a brief trace of modern Logical semantics and the concept of "truth" in the theories. It has three parts: preface\ main body and concluding remarks. The main body contains three parts. The first part simply describes the origin\development and formation of modem logical semantics, mainly the connotation and some categories of it. The second part briefly tries to retouch Tarski's theories and the method of definition of truth in formal language. The third part draws a picture of the significant importance and far-reaching influence of Tarski's theories.
