With the rapid development of higher education in China, the university graduates have been sharply increased, which makes the graduates is extremely competitive in employment. In such fierce competition, the graduates who are the candidates raise the level of competition is critical. The first step of employment is delivering your resume. The resume is representing your first impression in employer. Therefore, because of the important position of the resume in a employment, only the employee whose resume will be concerned of employer can get an interview. For this reason, the first step of improving the level of employment is resume production. A superb resume is the key to getting a job. It's also an important factor which directly affects the successful rate of a job. The main form of resume selection is through the reading of employer, and which read speedily, shortly and limitedly. This means that the candidate's resume must be well-made to get the favor of employer's attention. Therefore, the way through eye movements'measurement to achieve the aim that the resume information presented optimally is significant.In the first study, I collect some resume of senior graduates for understand the situation of present graduates'resume production roughly. There are many variables in resume production. Then scaling a test which uses such variables for understanding the factors which affect the graduate student product a resume mostly. Getting a result that make the graduates most concern are the four factors: photo type, color, photo location and presentation.In the second study, as four factors as independent variables to compose sixteen resumes which are materials of the eye movements experiment. As teachers who have job recruiting experience and students who have employment experience as subjects to start a experiment. Then getting the results of the eye movements experiment and the selection of resumes.In the third study, as all experiment participating as subjects set a interview for understanding the reason of resume selection. The findings are summarized as follows:1. The graduates most concern are the four factors: photo type, color, photo location and presentation.2. The most attractive factor of a resume is photo.3. The longest time which has been seen is personal experiment. 4. The employer prefer the resume that present as formed, black-and-white, candid photos.5. There is little impact of a photo's position.
