In recent years, the research about test anxiety is springing up across the best, nevertheless, the policies, trainings, prevention and treatment measures of reducing test anxiety targetly are extremely unusual.The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect that group psychological training makes (relieves or elimates) on the test anxiety of high school students. The subjects are 60 students of higher test anxiety level in grade one and two, with the numbers of experimental group and control group are 30, respectively. The students in experimental group are designed to conduct group psychological training ,such as cognitive adjusting ,relax training to reduce their level of test anxiety. This array of trainings to experimental group are mainly divided into before training, training and after training three phases to proceed, but no treatment is done to the baseline group. We design and implement a scheme of group psychological training, discuss the effect of the intervention on high school students'test anxiety level, sum up the procedure that how to proceed group psychological training in high school ,and then put forward corresponding guidelines. By doing these, we can enrich the psychological group training theory, and provide practice expercises for teachers working in high school. This study employs a experimental designing mode of experiment-group and control-group before and after experiment training, adopt multiple methods such as the questionnaire and interview method to coduct this research.The results are:(1) The group psychological training can reduce the level of slowing high school student'test anxiety effectively. More specifically, before the implementation of the group psychological training, the self-efficacy level of students in experiment-group and control-group had no significant difference, but after the implementation of group psychological training, the level of test anxiety of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group. From the vertical perspective, the test anxiety level of experimental group reduced significantly, but the test anxiety level of control group increased significantly in the measurement after the group psychological training compared to the measurement at the beginning.(2) Group psychological training can enhancing students'self-efficacy level. More specifically, before the implementation of the group psychological training, the self-efficacy level had no significant difference in the two group, but after the implementation of the treatment, the self-efficacy level of expeiment-group was significantly higher than the control-group. Moreover, the self-efficacy level of the expeiment-group increased significantly after the group psychological training, compared to the beginning of training.
