The Possibility Of Constructing "Harmonious World"

Since "harmonious world" was proposed,it has been concerned by international countries.The idea is not only the most concentrated expression of China's foreign policy in thecontemporary,but also the scientific judgments and forecasts of the ancient proposition"mankind will whither" at present. And meanwhile it provides a new model for the trend ofthe world' development. From the point of the real world, the world is not harmonious, andeverywhere is full of contradictions. So some people are full of negative and pessimisticmood on the development of the world in future, and thus suspect "harmonious world"proposed by China .Therefore, there is need to analyse the possibility of "Harmonious World"systematically.Based on the above facts, his article tries to analyse the construction of "harmoniousworld" from the philosophical level , emphased to reveal the fist basis of building a"harmonious world" fundamentally , and meanwhile tries to provides a way for constructionof "harmonious world".It is not only humanbeing's common pursuit but also the mostconcentrated reflection of human common interests in contemporary to build a "harmoniousworld". Therefore, no matter from theory or reality "harmonious world" possesses the largestpossibilities of the realization.This article contains four parts:The first part of the paper introduces the background and process of lodge of building upa "harmonious world" , and the connotation and features of "harmonious world" . The secondpart reveals to build a "harmonious world" is a real possibility through analysing thepossibility of constructing "harmonious world" from theoretical and practical angle. Thethird part explains the "harmonious world" is the trend of the Times through analyzing thenecessity of constructing "harmonious world". The fourth part mainly analyses the way ofbuilding a "harmonious world" from the perspectives of international relationship and thetheory of existence.
