Several Viewpoints About The Ethical Theory Of Harmonious Co-existence Between Human And Nature

In recent years, as the ecological crisis get more and more serious ,the relationship between human and nature becomes the hot issue in many subjects, especially in the study of legal science, environmental science, ethics and philosophy. Facing the stern reality, people begin to realize clearly that, firstly, "The ecological crisis" is the crisis of relationship between human and nature, only if people's morality and ethics idea has changed fundamentally , and a totally new ethical value -"harmonious co-existence between human and nature" has been established ,can human solve the problem fundamentally. However, because of the differences of individual standpoints of subjects , there are different emphasis points about the research on the relationship between human and nature. This article will make a further study on the realistic root, the connotation , the rationality and the realistic meaning of that ethical theory .The thesis is composed of four parts.In part one, through the analysis of the present situation of ecology problem and its bad influence on humanity , it proposes the realistic root of establishment of the ethical theory "harmonious co-existence between human and nature" is the ecological crisis . The ecological crisis has limited humanity's practice, hindered the humanity from obtaining the material for survival and development from the nature, and influence the circulation of the matter and energy between human and the nature. "The ecological crisis" primarily is the crisis of relationship between human and the nature, only ethics or the moral strength can make human and the natural living harmoniously.In part two, the connotation of the ethics theory " harmonious co-existence between human and nature" has been made explicit through the analysis of the conception, essence and characters .Firstly, it analyzes the concept "co-existence" , " value of the nature" and "harmonious co-existence between human and nature". Then, comparatively studies the anthropocentrical environmental ethics theory and nonanthropocentrical environmental ethics theory , so as to point out that the essence of the new ethics theory "harmonious co-existence between human and nature" is ecological anthropocentrical environmental ethics theory. Finally, it summarizes the basic characters of the new theory, which is the unification of natural environment and social environment, man's initiative and passivity, and human's intrinsic criterion and natural external criterion.In part three, it analyzes the rationality of the emergence and existence of the ethics theory "harmonious co-existence between human and nature". It is the crystallization of natural science and the social science, the science and the ethics. It has inherited and developed the natural philosophy at all times and in all countries. It matches the Marxist philosophy about the theory of the relationship between human and nature. Human and nature are inseperable, the relationship between human and nature is dialectical relationship of unity of opposite, and the main content and the ideal goal of the relationship between human and nature is harmonious co-existence.In part four, the realistic meaning of ethics theory "harmonious co-existence between human and nature" is clarified. The theory has promoted the development of the environment law, reflected the new need of sustainable developmental strategy, manifested the new request of constructing harmonious society, and it is advantageous to peace and development of the world.
