The Red Army established the anti-Japanese base areas which in the center of Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region after they reached the northern of Shaanxi. At this very moment, the revolutionary situation has changed dramatically. At the same time, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Mao Zedong at the core lead the people into the border region to learn the science and technology, launched a large-scale natural revolution.
