Mao Heng of the Han Dynasty commented The Book of Songs,his book is called MaoZhuan. Zheng Xuan commented MaoZhuan, his book is called ZhengJian. Kong Yingda of the Tang Dynasty on the basis of previous studies compiled the MaoShi ZhengYi. The Book of Songs as one of the Five Classics, to the ancient Chinese system of state institutions, cultural heritage, literature and many other aspects of origin has a pivotal position. MaoShi's interpretation by the principle of respect for their original intent are very popular, to the Wei and Jin Dynasties, QiLuHan three poems gradually faded away, just MaoShi prevailed. Kong Yingda hosted compiled MaoShi ZhengYi, followed the "sparse not broken note" principle, follow the MaoShi and ZhengJian's interpretation, viewed ErYa as an important basis.ErYa is China's first dictionary, is also the originator of the reference books and the source data of the Ya Learn study. ErYa drawn mainly from the Confucian classics, is a collection from the pre-Qin to Han's exegetical information. Because of ErYa summarizes and explains many of the ancient pre-Qin classics in the ancient meaning of the word, so the scholars think it as an important reference book.This paper makes use of the Chinese language and characters and interpretation of ancient texts as a theoretical guide, the citations of ErYa from the MaoShi ZhengYi are sorted. This paper examined the citation rules, summarized the exegetical method and the linguistic issues involved in citations, and brief discussed the past and present characters, variant forms, under the guise of the word phenomenones in the citations; summaried the significance of the citations of ErYa from the MaoShi ZhengYi in the collation and interpretation of ancient texts and the impact on later Ya Learn.
