Marxist Jurisprudence Modern Enterprise Management

With the development of human communicative practice, the trend of global economic integration has been increasingly apparent, and the modern management is from scientific management to humanistic management. As a contemporary business competitive key, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to humanistic management. In the background of the socialist harmonious society, humanistic management plays a vital role in achieving the long-term development of enterprises. Because of this, the management has become the hotspot of nowadays management.This article takes the theories of philosophy and management as the foundation, overview and summarize the idea of people-oriented management and combine with Marx humanism theory to research the thought of modern management under the guidance of Marxism. The article mainly uses the method of comparative analysis, literature research, overview and summarize, the historical and logical combination method, text and practice study combination method, etc.This paper is mainly divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly on the choice of Marx humanism from the perspective of humanistic management in modern enterprises, the background, significance, domestic and foreign research as well as the methods; the second chapter is an overview of people-oriented management, from the basic definition, construction mechanism and Chinese enterprise practice patterns to make a foundation for the next; the third chapter is a comprehensive unscramble about the Marx doctrine on person study, from the theoretical starting point, core and the ultimate goal of Marx's humanism theory; the fourth chapter is to study Marx humanitarianism from the perspective of humanistic management practice, take Marx humanism theory of human capital, human needs and all-round development into modern enterprise, analysis the internal consistency between Marx humanism theory and humanism management, connotation as well as the ultimate goal, to examine how Marx's humanism theory to provide guidance for modern enterprise management; the last one is a summary.This article is from the Marx humanism theory and some relevant theories, to discuss and explore the essence, the significance and the feasible methods of humanism management, to explore management principles and practices with Chinese characteristics and the sense of Marxism doctrine.
