In recent years, many scholars are very concerned about the impact of differences in personality traitson human behavior. The core self-evaluations is a new research orientation of the personalitycharacteristics,it was frequently used in organizational behavior and human resource management inWestern field of study now. The core self-evaluations refers to the individual's basic evaluation of their ownholdings to some capacity, value and competitiveness. It included four core traits: self-esteem, locus ofcontrol, emotional stability and general self-efficacy.This study used the questionnaire to investigate the place of Zhumadian, Qingdao, Tai'an and Beijing,and600questionnaires were distributed. This study explored the influence between the coreself-evaluations on medical workers and psychological state and work results. The study consists of threeparts:(l) moderating effect of the core self-evaluations between social support and altruistic behavior;(2)the narcissism level of medical workers will affect the moderating effect of core self-evaluations on socialsupport and altruism behavior;(3) under the effect of social support, integrated explore the effect ofnarcissism and core self-evaluation on the altruistic behavior and work performance. Using exploratoryfactor analysis, multi-level regression analysis, structural equation modeling and other statistical analysistechniques, this study concluded as follows:First, the core self-evaluations of Chinese medical workers has a significant moderating effect betweensocial support and altruistic behavior. Meanwhile, after demographic variables into the regressionequation, degree variable has a significant effect on the altruistic behavior.Second, in the study of narcissism and core self-evaluations, the narcissism fully mediated the effect ofmoderating variable core self-evaluations between individual altruistic behavior and social support in thewhole process. That is, because the superiority produced by narcissism has effect on the individualevaluation, the moderating variable core self-evaluations showed no significant mediating effect betweensocial support and altruistic behavior. So the hypothesis in study2was proved.Third Through the investigation of the degree of social support, this study explored the effect ofnarcissism and core self-evaluations on the altruistic behavior and work performance. Core self-evaluationsdoes not have a direct impact on social support, but there is clear and direct positive impact on altruistic behavior and job performance; narcissistic has significant negative impact on work performance, but has asignificant positive effect on social support, and meanwhile the impact of narcissism on the altruisticbehavior works through social support work. Finally, this part described the shortcomings of this study and the further research problems.
