Altruistic behavior is a kind of social behavior that is widespread in nature. Therefore, sociologists and psychologists began to conduct in-depth research on it early. In recent years, due to the popularity of the Internet in the world, altruistic behavior has slowly extended from offline to online, that is,to the cyberspace. However, with the popularity of the Internet, negative events have also emerged, such as telecommunications fraud,“human flesh search”,mobile phone addiction, etc. The gradual increase of these events has gradually deepened people’s bad impression of the Internet. In view of this,in order to make people realize the positive role of the Internet, give full play to the advantages of the Internet, and guide college students to use the Internet correctly, our research on online altruism has become an urgent task.Online social support refers to the sense of identity and belonging that people gain from being understood and respected in the process of emotion exchange, information exchange and material exchange in cyberspace communication(Liang Xiaoyan,2008).Online interpersonal trust is a kind of positive psychological expectation of individuals in the process of online communication,on the reliability of individuals, organizations and the information they transmit(Yao Lan,Li Jianling,2014).Psychological capital is a positive psychological state of individuals, which is manifested in the process of growth(Luthans,2008).Therefore,this study takes full-time college student groups as the research object, and explores the internal mechanism of college students’ online altruistic behavior from the perspective of individual factors and situational factors based on Bandura’s social cognition theory. At the same time, some studies have shown that social support has a significant positive correlation with psychological capital.Meanwhile, online social support,as an important supplement to traditional social support,is closely related to psychological capital. This study assumes that online social support has a positive predictive effect on college students’ psychological capital and will do a confirmatory analysis. In this study, college students’ online social support scale, online altruistic behavior scale, online interpersonal trust scale, and positive psychological capital scale(PPQ)were used for investigation and research. There were 940 questionnaires, including 861 valid questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 91%.The study also used statistical software such as SPSS and AMOS to perform statistical analysis on the collected data, including descriptive analysis of the data, related analysis, and testing of the intermediary role of related variables. The conclusion of this study is as follows:(1)The level of online social support and psychological capital of college students is high;the level of online interpersonal trust and online altruistic behavior is relatively low and needs to be improved.(2)The online social support of college students is significantly positively correlated with psychological capital and online altruism behavior, and has a significant positive predictive effect on psychological capital and online altruism behavior.(3)College students’ interpersonal trust and psychological capital are significantly positively correlated with online altruistic behavior, and have a significant positive predictive effect on online altruistic behavior.(4)College students’ interpersonal trust and psychological capital play a mediating role between online social support and online altruistic behavior.
