Social Psychology believes that imitation is the nature of human and a majordistinction from the animals. Imitation is the original force of human civilization. Thisarticle relies on Tarde's Law's of Imitation to explain the formation and the authority ofrules. The nature of imitation as a mirror copy of the universal is the same as the consistentperformance of rules and the consistent performance of rules performance in the formationand operation process. Firstly, this article use imitation theory to explain the process ofindividual consciousness rising to the group consciousness and espouses that theexperience process and the rational design process can be reconciled in imitation theory.Secondly, this article further uses the same theory to explain the authority of rules andbelieve that the psychological power is the ultimate strength of the rules. Thepsychological capacity of rules can be divided into consciousness driving force and thehabit of obedience. The consciousness driving force can further be divided intoconsciousness driving force from inside and consciousness driving force from outside.Generally speaking, the authority of rules is a psychological content collection of desire, belief and instinctive tendency.
