The Experiment Research Of Desire And Belief Emotion Understanding Of 3-6 Years Old Children

Research on theory of mind is an important field of development psychology. Research on desire and belief emotion understanding is an essential task of theory of mind and it has an affect on the development of theory of mind, emotion understanding and sociality.The study aims to explore the starting time, order, characteristic, difference, the influence of society contrast and the influence factors of desire and belief emotion understanding development of 3-6 years old children. The study also aims to compare results of our nation with other countries.There is lack of the experiment research of desire and belief emotion understanding in our country. The investigator creates appropriate and standardized materials and studies the development of desire and belief emotion understanding of 3-6 years old children (131 children participate in experiments). The results are as follows.( 1 ) Children before 3 years old can understand desire emotion understanding. About 5 years old, children can understand completely desire emotion understanding.(2) About 5 years old, children understand initially belief emotion understanding. After 6 years old, children understand completely belief emotion understanding, which develops later than desire emotion understanding.(3) There is not gender difference in the development of desire and belief emotion understanding of 3-6 years old children.(4) 3-4 years old is the fastest period of the development of desire emotion understanding of 3-6 years old children. 4-6 years old is the fastest period of the development of belief emotion understanding of 3-6 years old children.(5) There is not difference of society contrast in the development of desire and belief emotion understanding of 3-6 years old children.
