Analysis On The Instructral Reform On State-Owned Arts Groups In Guangxi

The structural reform of state-owned arts groups has been the main project of cultural reform. The clearer thinking of arts groups reform was certain and the importance and difficulties of the reform were break-through one by one since the sixteenth national congress, especially the meeting of national cultural reform in 2003.In this context, the structural reform of Guangxi state-run arts groups has gain great achievements, though there are still some problems in the term of the guiding principles'understanding, fundamental markets and government's support. Some of these problems are regional and some national. So it is necessary and meaningful to analysis the structural reform of state-owned arts groups in Guangxi Zhuang group autonomous region.In this article, the author sorted out the procedure of the structural reform of state-owned arts groups in Guangxi and made an overview of the general situation in Guangxi. First of all, this article outlines the characteristics of the state-run arts groups and the structural system. Secondly, the author briefly instructed the reform ways at micro level and summarized the possible one. Finally, the author pointed out the engine and obstruction in realizing the develop balance and offer some strategies for the reform in Guangxi. The main theories adopted here is triangle-analysis frame theory.
