Learning burnout is refers to the student, because the long-termstudy pressure or load and produce physical and mental resourcesloss, the teacher, students, teaching activities for the loss ofenthusiasm, and personal achievement reduce phenomenon.Research found that high school students generally have a certaindegree of learning burnout.Learning burnout affect not only students'learning,Even affect the future academic and even the developmentof life.To students' mental health and the correct outlook on life andvalues of the form will produce negative effects.Therefore, thestudents to learn burnout is necessary to study.Previous researchshows, social support and academic self-efficacy is to influencestudents to learn the important factor of burnout.Higher socialsupport can alleviate the negative emotions about studying, reduceadverse learning behavior appearance. High school self-efficacy canimprove students' learning the degree of efforts, form for learningpositive attitude.In the study, the HuQiao, DaiChunLin study of middle ofquestionnaire, JiangQianJin revision of the tired understanding social support scale and LiangYuSong, adaptation of the academicself-efficacy questionnaire about a two linfen city in Shanxi Provincehigh school in the school of483students assessment, discusses highschool students learn social support, academic self-efficacy andstudy the relationship between the burnout, and further investigationacademic self-efficacy in social support in and learning betweenburnout intervening function. Expectations for students to learnburnout intervention to provide relevant basis and theoretical basis,better maintain and promote students' psychological healthdevelopment.The study found:(1) High school students learning burnout in the middle rdi level; Ingender, grade, the study results have great differences. The boy in theemotional dimension of depletion were significantly higher than girls,girls in the sense of achievement of low dimension were significantlyhigher than that of male students; The different grade of high schoolstudents and teachers and students in learning burnout scores fromthe differences significant; Different grades of high school students inemotional depletion, learning burnout are significantly differentbetween the total score.(2) High school students social support in above the average level;In gender, grade have great differences. The girl of social support issignificantly higher than the boys degree of social support degree;The different grade of high school students friends support, othersupport and social support total score significant differences. Highschool students total dimensions and social support and learningburnout scores and each dimension existed significant negative correlation, high school students of the lower level of social support,the higher the degree of the learning burnout.(3) High school students academic self-efficacy in above theaverage level; In gender, grade, the study results have greatdifferences.The boy in learning self-efficacy of dimensions weresignificantly higher girl; The different grade of high school students inlearning self-efficacy and academic self-efficacy total scoresignificant differences; Different grades of high school students inacademic self-efficacy dimensions and academic self-efficacy totalscore significant differences. High school students academicself-efficacy and learning burnout exist significant negativecorrelation, high school school self-efficacy level is lower, the higherthe degree of the learning burnout.(4) High school students social support and academicself-efficacy exist significant positive correlation. High schoolstudents the higher level of social support, academic self-efficacylevel is higher.(5) High school students academic self-efficacy in social supportand and learning a partial intermediary between burnout role. Socialsupport can directly affect learning tired, and can through theintermediary variable academic self-efficacy indirect effect ofburnout.
