The junior high school stage is the stage where the students' psychological and physiological changes are greatest during their growth.At this stage,students not only have to bear the pressure from learning,but also adapt to changes from the psychological and physiological levels,which may lead to the growth of learning burnout.This article takes the students of the middle school of JJ district of HD city as the research object,and uses the self-developed“learning burnout questionnaire for junior high school students”as a research tool to systematically analyze the learning burnout status and influencing factors of the X middle school students in the JJ district of HD city.Relationships,self-efficacy,physical exhaustion,and emotional exhaustion were analyzed.The main research content includes the following four aspects:First of all,the basic theory of learning burnout is briefly analyzed.This article briefly expounds and analyzes the four aspects of the study of junior high school students' learning burnout,the characteristics of junior high school students' learning burnout,the development stage of junior high school students' learning donation,and the theory of junior high school students' learning burnout.Secondly,the overall degree of learning burnout of students in XJ middle school in HD city is not serious,and it is in the middle-lower level,but it does not mean that there is no learning burnout.In the four dimensions,the order of scores is physical exhaustion,interpersonal relationship,Emotional exhaustion and self-efficacy.The above four dimensions are basically related to students' physical and mental health and learning growth.Moreover,through differences analysis studies,it is found that gender factors,class roles,grade levels,family structure,parental occupations,and parental education levels are also relevant to junior high students in certain aspects.Learning burnout has a significant effect.Thirdly,the results of the comprehensive study and the data collected during the visits may attribute the main reasons of learning burnout in XJ middle school students of HD city to the lack of motivation and motivation for junior high school students,the need to optimize family education environment,the lack of innovative school education model,and the social security system.Four aspects are not perfect.Finally,how to effectively reduce the learning burnout of junior high school students and continuously improve their learning self-efficacy has become an urgent task,mainly from the promotion of physical and mental health of students,build a good family environment,innovative school education model,and promote social system reform,etc.Dimension raises the path of improving junior high school students' learning burnout.
