Han Wo is a famous poet in late Tang Dynasty,who was highly appraised by the following generations. Han Wo's two poetries handed down currently that are"Hanhanlinji"and"Xianglianji", with different styles. His poetry embodies the style of late Tang Dynasty poetry. Han Wo was born in a scholastically biased home, with a good education in childhood. Adult Han Wo made friends very wide, including various women, the bureaucracy of fellow human and buddhist persons. These people brought a great impact on the poetry creation of Han Wo. As constituting is the basic element of poetry, it cannot be underestimated. Han Wo's poetry embodies the image that some poets commonly used, the"wine"image,"flower"image,"rain"image and"fisher and woodcutter"image. The use of these images shows the Aesthetic Tendency of the author, reflecting the prevailing socio-cultural and creative trend of poets.The content of Han Wo's poetry is extremely rich, in addition to the well-known "Xianglianji" poetry, he also wrote a variety of poetries which express true feelings.Besides, many of his poetries were reflection to the history of late Tang Dynasty and boast of being'epic of late Tang Dynasty'.This paper, starting from the text of Han Wo's poetry, discusses their overall outlook based on the poetry themselves, and classifies them according to the difference between the experience and the style of content. In addition, this paper focuses on summarizing the images frequently appeared in his poetry, Combing with the special experience and background of Han Wo to analyze the appearance of images and grasp the characteristics of his poem and epic. From several aspects such as life experiences, cultural psychology and the text itself, we compared Han Wo with Du Fu in order to interpret more clearly the meaning of Han Wo poems. Through the above analysis, we hope to gain a deeper understanding of Han Wo and His Poems.
