On The Confucianists' Ideas And Its Moral Education

Confucianism was the mainstream social ideology that ruled China feudal societyover two thousand years. So far it still influences people in different degree.Relationship of Justice and Interest that is an important topic in Chinese history is thecore content of Confucianism, and it is also the question that people have to face in theprocess of Chinese socialist market economic construction. So analysing theConfucian's justice and interest objectively and dialectically, making full use of the itspositive and rational component it is important for moral education of our country intheory and practice.After several thousand years of development, The Confucian'justice and interestformed the different schools of different view. This paper introduce the view of thehistorical background of the emergence, theoretical basis and basic connotationsystematical, analyzes the thought of justice and interest of representative in differentschools briefly.On this basis,we further discuss the characteristics of the Confucianview and its practical value. Under the conditions of market economy, though people'smaterial life level can be improved extremely, the spiritual life is hollow, and evenappears a regression. The thought of "valuing material gains above justice" is verypopular in our country at present, causing anomie, loss, displacement phenomenon inour country's morality domain. Social justice and interest conflict becomes salientincreasingly.It displays in many ways,including social wealth gap widening,large socialvulnerable groups, the reduce of value pursuit, etc. Through the analysis of thesephenomenon, it is concluded the profound reasons that the thought of "valuing materialgains above justice " appears. We also points out that the Confucian view of "valuingjustice above material gains"is very important in the moral education.Finally, this paper discusses the enlightenment of Confucian view on ourcountry's moral education. We should follow some realistc principles in the process of moral education making use of Confucian view,such as the principle of conformity withthe psychological characteristics, the principle of conformity with socialist view, theprinciple of the unification of the social value and self value. On the premise offollowing these principles,we put forward to the specific methods on moral educationby using the Confucian view, such as strengthening the ideal faith education,collectivism education, integrity education, and strengthening the construction ofsystem to ensure that these methods of real implementation.
