Studying The Root Of Paradox Based On The "Language-world" Relationship

The paradoxes are always the concern of philosophers in different periods. It shows that the paradoxes have been important and charismatic in the history of Western philosophy and logic. In the history of philosophy, The paradox was enormously destructive, however, it should be the starting point of the idea becoming mature and also be the atom of philosophy. It just like that many mathematicians believe the prime number is the atom of mathematics, because every number can be broken down into the prime number. When we look into the history of philosophy, we could find that the progress of philosophy is not maintained by its answer, but its problem. No matter the ontological problem as the center, the epistemology or the linguistic turn in the modern time, the basic question of philosophy is from the problems of the concept in the daily life. The problems are paradoxes, which are common and hidden in the daily life of human being. It answers those questions and continues to promote the progress of human idea.This article will not give a definite answer to how to solve the paradox, because this work cannot be completed. This article will analyse the structure of paradox and investigate the root of the paradox's forming to help solving the paradox problem. This paper will also state that the paradox is the chronic illness of thinking or theoretical system and its existence is reasonable. The development of the paradox is not isolated, but associated with the different periods of history and human cognition. In researching methods, the paper is not just a research of every paradox, but a studying for it as a whole on the historical context. Such as√2was found by Hippasus who is a student of Pythagoreans. There were not the concept of irrational numbers in ancient Greece, and this finding was a serious conflict with the common knowledge. People did not know unknown-size numbers, more precisely, this number is not the size. The problem like this is a paradox in that period, and the method people used to solve this problem was throwing Hippasus into the sea. we can describe the contour of the paradox through this synthesis, then by the analysis we can know the basic reason of the forming of paradox to give some help to resolve the paradox. The author believes that Paradox, mathematics and other theoretical systems are based on the relationship of the relationship of "language-world", is the concentrated expression of the problems in the relationship between "language-world",especially infinity, self-alleged,ambiguity.This paper provides a new viewpoint to people and a new angle of view for resolving paradox.
