It was the yeat Tang xuanzong became fatuous and the Tang dynast turned into decline. In one aspect, he did not care about the political affairs and only chases for happiness. On the other hand, the upright fumiomi Zhang jiuling was fired because of Gangs case. Li linfu became the chief prime minister. He revised the format of some laws, which provided the protection of institution or other things for the Tang Dynasty. But he also cracked down on dissidents for his private purposes, which turned out that no one would dare to put forward advice. The third chapter is about the punishment of officials from the late period of Kaiyuan to the period of Tianbao.
