"Existence of God" is a classic and eternal religious and philosophical question.Actually a long time before Kant,a few famous philosophers in history had deeply investigations and discusses about theological and moral questions of traditional Christianity, which were tight logic proofs, such as cosmology and ontology proofs, and debate and criticism for them for a long time.Kant one hand accepted these philosophers' influence,on the other hand proposed his own opinion to criticize their viewpoints, and finally set up his own unique philosophy system. And Kant strongly opposed Cartesian ontology proof. On the basis of predecessors, Kant had a deep analysis about previous ontology proof in a deeper theory level. In the boundaries of practical ration, finding the home for religion in the way of moral self-discipline. Thus,he constructed the famous theory of moral religion. The first part of this paper discussed Kant's criticism about ontology proof.Kant made the demarcation for human's ration, obtaining the conclusion that the questions about "'existence of God" could not be proofed by human's ration, thus made a criticism to the ontology proof which is right in logic. The second part of this paper discussed Kant's moral theory of self-discipline of will from two aspects:Good will and the rule of moral law. The third part of this paper discussed Kant's moral proof for the existence of God from three aspects:the collocation of virtue and happiness, the theory of supreme good and three "axioms"...
