The positive psychology was known as the fourth wave of the history of psychology. Positive psychology is such a science, which dedicated to the study of human development potential and the virtues by the relatively completed and effective experimental methods and measurement tools; its object of study is the average of ordinary people, that is to say, the study makes people feel glad and happy; it requires psychologists find the human's potential, motivation and ability in a more open and appreciated vision.Traditional mainstream psychology is focused on the "psychological problems" solution, so the traditional mainstream psychology is mistaken for "pathological psychology","negative psychology". The current college students' psychological health education work falls into the orientation to psychological disease prevention and treatment of negative treatment. The approach takes college students' psychological problems and psychological disorders as the center, focus on students' psychological problems, so that the mental health education in Colleges and universities presents the formal curriculum and medical tendency.The research based on positive psychology idea, combined with the classroom teaching, group training,team discussion and other teaching methods, applied active intervention from positive cognitive, positive emotion, positive spirit quality of college students, compared the significance of the interventional effect. Furthermore, discuss the influential factors and measures of improving college students' psychological health level and of subjective well-being. This study adopted questionnaire investigation and experiment, the first randomly sampled100freshman, mental health census showed normal,from the Hunan Agricultural University as the object of study, then divided into the experimental group and the control group, two groups of subjects were "symptom checklist (SCL-90)" and "subjective well-being questionnaire (SWB)" investigation, last used SPSS15.0software to analyze the experimental data. The study reached the following conclusions:First, there was no significant difference on the score of various dimensions of the SCL-90of subjective well-being between former experimental group and control group, which indicated that the mental health level between two groups of subjects before the experiment had homogeneity.Second, in mental health aspect, positive psychological intervention had influences on footer integration, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression and hostility factors between experimental group pre-test and post-test in the SCL-90,and the score on that five factors existed a significant difference. The score of experimental, group post-test were lower than pre-test, and the remaining factors were no significant differences, which demonstrated positive psychological intervention was helpful to improve the mental health of college students.Third, in the subjective sense of happiness aspect, positive psychology intervention had influences on the factors of the experimental group pre-test measurement in the SWB questionnaire positive Score on the two dimensions of emotion and negative emotion, positive emotion score was significantly higher than the pre-test post-test experimental group, the negative emotion score was significantly lower than the pre-test post-test experimental group. The score was no significant difference in the life satisfaction dimension.Fourth, there were no significant differences between the experimental group post-test scores and after three months-test scores of the SCL-90and SWB, which indicated that active intervention on College Students' mental health and subjective well-being not only had significant effect, but also the effect of intervention was very stable.In above, the results showed that positive psychological interventions had a positive impact on students' psychological health and subjective well-being.
