Tibetan Areas Of Yunnan Ethnic Studies Grassroots Organizations

In the social operation process, the areas as a gathering of Tibetan population will inevitably cause many social problems, because of the complexity of social system and human activities. And those problems will affect the stability of social operation. Social order is realized by social control. Primary organizations as a structure cells of the political, economic and social, is an important way of social control in China, also play an important role in whole social operation. In this thesis, choose the Shangri-la country, Diqing as an example, to explore the construction of primary organizations'development model in the Tibetan areas. The environment of the Tibetan area primary organizations deeply influenced by Tibetan nationality, regional, traditional culture and religious, therefore, they have their individuality in the working mechanism and social operation condition. In the model of "Party branch +modern organizations+traditional organizations/emerging organization+Han Party member/minority Party member+Party activists=the ruling party primary system", it impacted by the traditional religious organizations and their social and history development of Tibetan. From the macro perspective, better to play the effectiveness of those primary organizations will play a key role to the Government domination of the political objective of the acquisition and the balance of local self-government, in the ethnic and religious doctrinal areas like Tibetan area in Yunnan. This paper focus on the construction of grass-roots organizations history, presents situation and its operation in the Tibetan areas; and explores the role of Tibetan area's primary organizations in the social control.
