Consideration On Research Of China's Public Management

In globalization background, global range of public management research and reform, the background is concerned, both in industrial technology and information technology, as a representative of the technological revolution embolic crystallization, also politics and management scientific achievement global sharing results. China is in social transition, follow the western modernization, Chinese nature could not be isolated in the process. Therefore, in the process of our modernization drive, has been facing a major issue is:how to treat western developed country's development experience. Especially in China's public management process, public management research also is such.Accompanied by the government reform deepens, public management research has achieved a great historical progress, and gradually developed into an independent study domain, narrowing the gap with western developed countries of the research. However, the overall level, our public management research is still at an elementary stage, and in a series of research. Backwardness of our public management research, the key reason is that the process of China's lack of reference in the theory of the applicability of Western theories of deep thinking, ignoring its own shortcomings and the limited nature of the theory, will have "special significance " as a Public Management Theory "Universal "principle jacketed for China's domestic practice. China's successful experience in reform and development is the source of innovative research in public management theory, so China's Public Management should be rooted in the domestic public management practices. This article analyzes the factors of the Chinese public administration localization from the economic environment, political environment, social environment, cultural environment. In order to rescue of the study of public management from the chaos and narrow empiricism, to achieve the theoretical breakthrough of the study of China's Public Management, and gain the right of the international voice of China's Public Management research.In short, China's public management research must clarify the western public management theory in subject adaptability conditions on the basis of existing research methods, and overcome the limitations of thinking, research of Chinese practice and refine of China's public management experience, innovation of China's public management thinking, enhance China social science research of international discourse and national soft strength.
