The Invasion Of "Human-powered Search" To Privacy And How To Regulate

The rapid development of economy and society brings further popularization of the Internet, and network service has been innovating constantly. More and more people are enjoying or trying to enjoy the unprecedented convenience and efficiency which modern technology has brought about. As a kind of hi-tech product, we have to admit that the Internet provides great convenience for our daily life. Virtually it has quietly come into our daily life, becoming the indispensable part of our life. As materialist dialectics tell us every coin has two sides, the emergence of the Internet is not exceptional either. It not only provides convenient information for most people, but also provides "convenience" for some people to destroy the good order of cyberspace."Human-powered search" is a popular fashionable word on the network. As the product of the era, it also has its occurrence and development process, which may cause the network tort, right exercise conflict of issues. With the development of the Internet, the citizens' right of privacy protection faces new challenges. Now, network legislation to protect the system has not been formed, and there is no special legislation system for protecting citizens' right of privacy.This article is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the occurrence, development, parties viewpoint and the court's decision of "the first case", and then draw out the various problems involved in " human-powered search ". In the second part, firstly make the detailed analysis of "human-powered search" phenomenon on the basis of the concept of "human-powered search".
