In recent years,“Human-Powered Search”developed very fast in network environment,this phenomenon takes on its important status.“Human-Powered Search”as a new search way,it can facilitate people to the exchange of Information,at the same time,it also can initiate many negative social problems,the least of which is that it can infringe upon peoples’ reputation,privacy and other personal rights.The reason why’ manpower search’ infringe upon people’s rights frequently,because our country is lack of relative legislation and some of persons who surfing on the internet are lack of legal awareness.Therefore,it’s necessary to the legal experts take some measures to reverse this situation.This paper can be divided into four parts:First part,what is’ manpower search’.This part will make the foundation for the following part’s which will analysis of“Human-Powered Search”infringement act.Second part.“Human-Powered Search”infringement act.In this section,firstly introduces the types of manpower search’ infringement act,then discusses the three main types of specific right,including right of reputation、The Right to Privacy、right of portraiture,which on the basis of confirming moral rights is suffered.Third part.The introduction of Perfection of Legislation and relieve on“Human-Powered Search”infringement act. Finally, we should take many measures to solve“Human-Powered Search”infringement act. But, this paper, only mainly discuss from the aspect of law, other kinds of measures are not discussed in details. Such as organization self-discipline in network service area and advice of government supervision.
