Developing countries play an important role in an international political and economic arena. From the Second World War to the post-Cold War, developing countries'external relations have been changed greatly which from fighting for national independence to making comprehensive, diversified foreign policy development. Currently, with the comprehensive national strength increasingly and impact of the world market widely, developing countries'situations become improve and they acquire more and more developing opportunities. The thesis, on the base of detail analysis on in the post- Financial Crisis, considering the characteristic developing countries'external relations. First, the thesis considered the developing trend of South-South relations, North-South relations and the regional integration to prove the gradual rising status of developing countries in the world. Secondly, the rise of emerging economies bring some impacts on the world economy, analyzing developing national and religious influence in the world, to illustrate the developing countries in the role of participation in international affairs. Finally, elaborated on the developing countries in diplomatic channels, development and change.The thesis, on the base of detail analysis on the developing countries' characteristics of foreign relations in the post-crisis era, considering the opportunities and challenges reflected by the developing countries and policy changes proposed between China and the developing countries. Besides that, to discuss the development trend of foreign relations is the subject of this thesis.
