Study On The History And Practice About Chinese Women's Right Of Inheritance

In real life, it's usual that there are much conflict between law and social customs. As a part of civil law system, "succession" is hard to protect the right of women's inheritance. Though it identifies the right of women's inheritance in current "succession", there are many difficulties to bring it to real life. While people's life has also been improved, it is more essential to protect the right of inherit.The purpose of this paper is to study women's inheritance system by analysis the relationship of traditional culture and contemporary legal system. This Article is divided into three parts. The first part is study on the history and the traditional culture of the right of Chinese women's inheritance. In second part, the discussion will about the practice and legal regulations. The third part will try to find out the solution about the women's inheritance.
