Terrorism has became the greatest threat for the people's life Safety, Survival and development and order under the current international situation. Among them, the hostage-taking incident, which has been accepted by the world as the most serious terrorism, presented feature such as open, sudden, violent, bloody and serious consequence. Not only bring about life and property damage for the abductees, but also affected the normal operation of the social order seriously, and bring ablaut great psychological pressure for the public.The CAPF is responsible for the mission such as defend the national security, maintaining social stability, protect people's lives and property. In recent years, the country has taken the armed assault of core area to the CAPF, which proposed high standards and requirements for the emergency command capacity and disposal capacity. The successful standard of the disposal of hostage-taking incident is can we get the biggest victory with the minimum cost at the precondition of ensure the hostages'safety, hunt down the terrorists successfully and rescue the hostage, this target depends on the anti-hijacking operations ability of the CAPF. Therefore, how do we follow the law, training according to the program, training scientifically, draw up suitable training plan, optimize the training process, updated training concepts, improving training methods, and ensure the quality of training, generate the ability of the anti-hijacking combat quickly and effectively, is the most important problem need to be solved.This thesis first discusses the current issues of the CAPF dealing with hostage-taking incidents and training, introduces the present situation of studies on domestic and foreign warfare simulation training system, analyses the military needs of anti-hijacking operation and training, proposes the imagination of building warfare simulation training system of anti-hijacking operations and does some research on the specific needs of this system. The author also contributes detailed study on the design idea of the warfare simulation training system of anti-hijacking operations, divides the system's functions and gives the technical solution to realize the system. Selective analysis has been done on the system's database structure, military regulations, three-dimensional modeling, simulated warfare and recording playback and other key areas. The author also studies the behavioral movement of the intelligent blue side in warfare simulation based on the modeling 3d Max and OpenGL technology and the optimization of the virtual set of Xin Jie Kou Metro Station in Nanjing. Meanwhile, the system has been tested by anti-hijacking practical training. In the end, the thesis presents research findings and the research direction of building anti-hijacking operations simulated by actual troops based on this system.
