The history of ideological and political education may be as long as that of human society, while in the contemporary era which is arrogated by reason, science and technology can break through the fence between things,however, it can hardly create a clever heart..Educators also cannot format every single life by using symbols just like people do in the computer programming. And after the natural birth of a person, it comes the need of acquired development, because a single life can not be willing to make irregular Brownian motion. Under the background of today's symbolization, networking and globalization, ideological and political education for individuals seems to be an alien force. There are many reasons causing the emergence of this dilemma, and lack of motivation or improper manner is one of the main reason.In the revolution and war times, ideological and political education is mainly to meet the need of political and military struggle. And in the era of reform and opening-up, ideological and political education seems to have become a tool of economic construction. All of these can easily give the audiences a misleading thought that ideological and political education is no more than a means of the State to achieve its purpose, thereby causing the audience's rejection. In order to avoid the diffusion of the halo effect, and eliminate the remaining effect in the audiences'mind, the article aims to establish a homothetic triangle model, to clarify the purpose of ideological and political education is a three dynamical axis which are directional-opened, human-centered,in accordance with the regularity and aim and with nomadic thought. In this center world with no center floats patches of dust that collapses suddenly aroused by movie idols, and re-erects many ideological others. Needs, ideas and poetry form the three bodies of ideological and political education' dynamic, enrich one major element---people and make it really achieves the purpose of education. Ideological and political education's dynamic is the rational and irrational three-dimensional, open, expanding aligned system which has some dialectic relations with the base axis, centers on the free development and improvement of human being and take people's need in specific historical stage of development as the base axis It is the combination of practical activity of ideological and political education in itself and the related driving force which produced by the whole social system.To make the problem seems clear in the analysis, we have to think objective things abstractly to make it conceptualized, and gain the necessary thinking blocks to build models, and then use the power of logic to construct the model building and the guidance in the model to guide practice. Only after the deduction --- the conceptualization of objective things, the modeling of abstract concept and the objectification of theoretical model, can the logic strength open the ostium of rational people.
