The System Of Criminal Forensic Legal Aid

In our life, because of different conditions of economy, the parties often cann't suspect identification conclusion because they have no ability to pay the appraisal fees. But the system of forensic legal aid solves the problem to some extent. This system is the system of legal aid, the purpose is to achieve justice and equality of everyone in law. But the time of the system isn't long in our country, the theoretical research and the practical problems have some problems. So, this article uses the criminal forensic legal aid as a research topic, introduces the system with four chapters. The first chapter discusses the basic theory from the concept, characteristics and the theoretical foundation , explaines the system of criminal forensic legal aid is an important part of the system of criminal legal aid. The second chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of this system. The third chapter elaborates the work of the criminal forensic legal aid from two aspects of the achievements and difficulties. The fourth chapter predicts the trends of this system in our country based on the three chapters, and proposes the solutions that the system existes problems in the process of running. The criminal forensic legal aid appears just a moment, its development faces many difficultise: there is no special legislation of this system, lacking of the assistanc funding, the poor quality an so on, these problems affect the function of this system. So, we should strengthen the legislative work of the criminal forensic legal aid, legislates an integral law of the criminal forensic legal aid, increases the funding of the aid in order to spread the assistanc system in the whole society, at the same time, we should widen the channels of the assistanc funding and provide the material protection to the work of forensic legal aid. Last, we should strengthen the regulation of the quality of assistanc cases, protect the legal rights of recipients. In a word, there are many problems of the system of criminal forensic legal aid, we need take measures to perfect it.
