"Coordination of Three Mediations Mechanism"not only can respond to new disputes in social transition but also can integrate mediation, litigation and administrative power."Coordination of Three Mediations Mechanism"is a fusion mechanism on the basis of people's mediation, which has been used in many areas in different names. There are plenty of related theory researchers on the mechanism like Song Chaowu, Fan Yu, YanJunxing and so on. But, the researches especially on the mechanism are quite limited, mainly some news reports, journal articles or few degree thesis.On one thing, The research of"Coordination of Three Mediations Mechanism"can breakthrough theory limit of this mechanism, on the other, it describes the status of the mechanism on the basis of investigation ,and then finds and solves problems So the research has theory value and practical guiding significance. As the existing research on"Coordination of Three Mediations Mechanism"tends to overview, it is against the understanding of the mechanism. This paper begins with the existing legitimacy of the mechanism, preparing for the following research. The paper mainly does researches on basic position, setups, staffing and funding arrangements. At the end of it , the paper raises a perfecting idea of the mechanism in allusion to shortages.This paper does researcher from a micro angle, and tend to practice. The aim of the research is that"Coordination of Three Mediations Mechanism"can play advantages fully and other multiplex dispute settlement mechanisms can take example by"Coordination of Three Mediations Mechanism"through clearing the scope, the setups, staffing and funding arrangements.
