| This essay consists of two parts: case description and case analysis. The first part describes the economic status of Guangzhou Railway Group corporation's diversification at different stages, the changes of transportation market's competition, the policy of railway transportation's major business as well as diversification's self conditions and its typical cases, and analyzes the main problems facing Guangzhou Railway Group Corporation and side-effects of diversification.In the second part of case analysis, based on the writer's many year's of experience in the filed of railway business and relevant theories acquired through MBA courses, the writer carries out meaningful analysis and inquring and puts forward his own argument and relevant solutions.This essay also discusses several couples of relationships in the process of implementing the strategy.
