Research On The Diversification Of Governance Subjects In China’s Rural Area

Along with our country socialist market economy perfected gradually, the problem of the rural governance is concerned widespreadly.How to play the township government,rural village committee,rural basic level party branch, rural elite organization, non-governmental organization and the rural villagers enthusiasm, and through the interaction among various governance, to realize the coordination among the diversified governance subjects, became a theoretical and practical with the topic.Based on the theory of multi-agency management as a foundation, this paper analyses the rural authoritative and authoritattive two kinds of governance. And Diversification of rural governance is discussed about the existing problems and the causes of the problem and proposes countermeasures to deal with the dilemma facing the diversified governance subjects.This paper thinks, we should play the role of the non-governmental organization and rural elite organization, perfect rural governance subjects, and realize the coordination among each subject.We should strive to build a diversified governance mode by government guidance, farmers leading and social participation,and realize the governance of diversified subjects.
