There must be internal consistency in the changing of individual thought because of the general problem inherent. This consistency of mind of different stages performance in issue relevance, deological proximity, similarity expression. The internal consistency of the changing thought should be paid due attention in studying the thinkers'thought. Domestic scholars generally ignored this problem in studying of Mao Zedong's Ethics. Earlier and later stage in the development of Mao Zedong's Ethics, he' view of the world overall has experienced the conversion from the traditional Chinese philosophy to the Marxism, so the dimensions of analysis and understanding generated the changes from individuality, times to class analysis corresponding, and there is changes in the approach of changing the people's quality and the way of moral which Mao understood. At the same time the core and the theme of Mao Zedong's ethics thought also gone from the individualism in spirit to serve the people wholeheartedly. The manner of moral evaluation experienced the good meet both subjective and objective to the unified of motivation and effect of dialectical materialism. He also neglect and then extreme attention the interests which is the real foundation achieve the moral. All these changes highlight the enormous tension and heterogeneity between the different perithe ethical thought of Mao Zedong. But all these changes have inherent similarity even the consistency inherent. Mao Zedong's Ethical Thought in heterogeneous phases also appears general characteristics run through the different periods.
