China's Government To Build Eco-path Selection Study

At present, the deterioration of the environment affects economic development seriously in our country. It already becomes main point of our country's green development and peaceful development. In order to the increasingly serious ecological crisis has been checked, economic can be developed sustainablly, the local government need to bear ecological responsibility by its virtue of its enormous influence and power. In addition, as the protection of the ecological policy-makers, public goods providers, the defenders of national ecological security, government has unshirkable responsibility to bear it. Ecotype government is a new paradigm which innovates and develops to adapt to environmental changes in the context of increasingly deteriorating ecological problems and strengthening ecological awareness.This article is divided into five parts. the first part is introduction.It mainly expounds the reasons and Current research at home and abroad of the article. The first chapter is that the ecotype government is raised. It mainly expounds the connotation, basic characteristics and theoretic origin and the necessity of ecotype government. The second chapter analyzes three aspects of predicament of the ecotype government constructions include concepts, systems and operations based on the classification of the paradigm theory by Kuhn. The third chapter introduces foreign experience of building a green government including the United States, Germany and Japan three typical countries, and gain enlightenment from the foreign experience to construct the ecotype government. The last chapter, on the basis of barriers of constructions raised by the second chapter and foreign experience proposing the principles of ecotype government construction, and explore the building path of the ecotype government from concepts, systems and operations.
