New Era Chinese Communist Party's Economic Foundation

More than ninety years have gone by since the foundation of People's Republic of China. Earthshaking changes have taken place in China. With the development of the society, the economic foundation of administration of the Communist Party of China is changing as well. The consolidation of economic foundation of administration of the Party is directly connected with the ruling status, especially the economic foundation of administration. The ruling power is tending to get weaker as the ever-changing domestic and international economic conditions. In such historical and social background, the paper aims at the rising problems and challenges in the economic foundation of administration of the Communist Party of China and provides the ways to deal with this situation.This paper includes three parts. The first part discusses the general overview of the economic foundation of administration of the Party in the new period. Through the discussion of classic authors'theories, we could simply point out the connotation of the economic foundation of administration of the Communist Party of China. The second part analyses the influence to economic foundation by setting up socialist market economic system, which is mainly about challenges arising from the conversion of Planned Economy and Market Economy. The third part offers some practical solutions for consolidating the economic foundation of administration of the Communist Party of China from the perspectives of Public and Non-Public Sector of The Economy together with environmental protection.
