situation and objective requirements for party building in the new era and consciously applying the party’s ruling and construction laws.It is an enrichment and development of party building theory.The comprehensive and strict management of the party’s core is to strengthen the leadership of the party.The foundation is comprehensive,the key is strict,and the key lies in governance.One of the "strictly strict" contents is to severely punish and discipline disciplines,to resolutely fulfill strict discipline and discipline,to set up a "high-pressure line" against "four winds" and anti-corruption in an all-round manner,so as to promote positive discipline.Normalization.Punishment is a special kind of educational means.It provides a warning education for punishing violators,and is conducive to maintaining the advanced nature of party members.Therefore,violations of Party rules and discipline must be dealt with seriously.The problem of sexual tendencies must be tackled as second part specifically analyzes the basic content of the party member punishment mechanism,including the relevant provisions of the party’s internal regulations on the punishment mechanism of the party members,and involves the provisions of the "Constitution of the Chinese Communist Party","Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment" and other party regulations.And the structure of the punishment mechanism within the party includes the main body,methods,and procedures.The third part is to analyze the effectiveness of the current party member punishment mechanism,mainly to elaborate the development of party member punishment mechanism since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.It is divided into three phases:the first phase is the socialist revolution and the early construction,and it is the twists and turns of the party’s construction of the CPC.The second stage is the period of the reform and opening up,the period of renewed and rapid development of the CPC’s party discipline,and the third stage is the in-depth development stage of the party’s construction of the CPC since the party’s 18 th National Congress.The main achievements of the party member punishmentmechanism include the creation of a clear-cut political situation,the improvement of the anti-corruption work system,and the formation of a situation that does not dare to rot or does not want to rot.Among the major issues that existed,this section listed related cases,collected relevant data,and analyzed to clarify the existing problems.There are mainly problems of incomplete coverage,lack of long-term management,lack of supporting measures,unclear responsibilities of the main body,and weak supervision.In the fourth part,given the analysis of the status quo of the punishment mechanism of party members,some suggestions and opinions on improving the punishment mechanism of party members are proposed.Mainly for the existing problems,put forward four views.The first is to comprehensively deepen the reform of the supervision system,the second is to strengthen the long-term mechanism,the third is to strengthen the construction of supporting measures,and the fourth is to strengthen the supervision of the main body of punishment.
